$60/Person for dinner only no CE credit
$75/Person for MFDA Members for dinner and 1 CE credit 
$90/Person for Non-MFDA Members for dinner and 1 CE credit

**For CE credit, you will need to sign in/out and we will need your 10-digit license number.
**Payment can be made in advance and mailed to MFDA or at the door (check or cash). Checks may be made out to MFDA with "District #6" in the memo line.
